We usually cannot cancel your order. Our distribution center is very efficient and so will have an order on the line within the hour of the order placed. Therefore asking for a change in order rarely can happen before the order ships out. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on next steps.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you (30-day return policy can be found here.)
If you are attempting to update your address, you are welcome to contact UPS once you are emailed your tracking number. If the address is a minor change, they are most often able to adjust this on their own.
