Once your order is submitted, we coordinate our inventory accordingly, so please reach out to us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can complete changes to your order before it is ready for shipping. Be advised that once you have received a confirmation email of shipping, we are unable to cancel your order, change product type or quantity, update shipping/billing addresses, or update payment types once the order is ready to ship.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to submit a return or exchange after it arrives to you (30-day return policy can be found here.)
If you are attempting to update your address, you are welcome to contact UPS once you are emailed your tracking number. If the address is a minor change, they are most often able to adjust this on their own.
